StakeKit LLC, together with Omni Ltd. and its other affiliates (“StakeKit”, “we”, “us”, and “our”), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Privacy Policy. This policy describes the type of information that we may collect or that you may provide when you download, install, register, access, or use the StakeKit application (“App”) and use the StakeKit.it site (“Website”), as well as StakeKit’s practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

This policy only applies to information that we collect in the App, through the Website, and in other forms of electronic communications sent through or in connection with the App and Website. This policy does not apply to information that is collected by any third party or that we collect offline.

Information Collected
We collect information from and about users of our App and Website both directly from you when you provide it to us and automatically when you use the App and/or Website.

“Personal Information” means information that can be used to identify any individual, whether alone or in combination with other information. When you download, register with, or use the App and/or Website, we may ask you provide information by which you may be personally identified, such as your name and email address.

We may also collect information that is about you but individually does not identify you. This information includes:

  • Records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses and phone numbers), if you contact us.
  • Details of transactions you carry out through the App and/or Website and of the fulfillment of your exchanges.

When you download, access, and use the App and/or Website, it may use technology to automatically collect information:

  • When you access and use the App and or/Website, we may automatically collect certain details of your access to and use of the App and/or Website, including traffic data, location data, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on or through the App and/or Website.

We may collect information about your mobile device and internet connection, including the device's unique device identifier, operating system, browser type, mobile network information, and the device's telephone number.

Depending on your cookie settings, we may also collect information about you via the cookies you allow. However, this information is not Personal Information by itself, although we may combine it with the Personal Information that you directly provide us.

If you do not want us to collect this information do not download the App or delete it from your device.

StakeKit does not sell Personal Information and only uses Personal Information for our own business purposes. We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal information, to provide you with the App and its contents, and any other information, products, or services that you request from us. We also use the information to fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it, carry out our obligations, and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, and notify you when App updates are available, and of changes to any products or services we offer or provide through it. We may process your personal information as is necessary in the context of corporate acquisitions, mergers, or other corporate transactions.
Disclosure. We may disclose your Personal Information with others in the following ways:

  • To our service providers. We may disclose Personal Information that we collect or that you provide to our subsidiaries and affiliates, contractors, service providers, and other third parties that we use to support our business. We use the following types of service providers: bug tracking; cloud server, and storage services; usage analytics services, payment processor, and email/marketing service providers.
  • For marketing purposes. Your Personal Information is also shared with our email and marketing service providers when you contact us via email or via one of our online forms.
  • To comply with law. We may disclose Personal Information to comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request.
  • To enforce our rights and the rights of others. Additionally, we may disclose Personal Information to fulfill the purpose for which you provide it and for any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information or with your consent.

Cookie Policy
We use Cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, and other data collection technologies (together, "Data Collection Technology") to help us improve your experience of our Website. For example, we use Google Analytics, a web-based analytics tool that tracks and reports on the manner in which the website is used to help us to improve it. Google Analytics does this by placing Cookies on your device. The information collected by the Cookies, such as the number of visitors to the website, the webpages visited and the length of time spent on the website, is aggregated. We also may use Data Collection Technology to collect information from the computer or device that you use to access our online services, such as your operating system type, browser type, domain and other system settings, as well as the language your system uses and the country and time zone in which your computer or device is located.

We automatically collect certain information from and about the devices you use with our products and services. We may combine this information across different devices you use to access the App and/or Website.

Your Control of Cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept Cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline Cookies. If you choose to decline Cookies, you may not be able to fully use all features of the App, the Website, or other StakeKit Services. You have the ability to delete Cookies files from your hard drive at any time. Do Not Track Signals. Some web browsers incorporate a “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) or similar feature that signals to websites that a user does not want to have his or her online activity and behavior tracked. If a website that responds to a particular DNT signal receives the DNT signal, the browser can block that website from collecting certain information about the browser's user. At this time, we do not honor the DNT signals we receive from your browsers.

Google Analytics. You can download and install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on here:

Security
We have implemented technical, administrative, and physical security measures that are designed to protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access, disclosure, use, and modification, including encryption measures. We regularly review our security procedures to consider appropriate new technology and methods. Please be aware that, despite our best efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.

Children Under 16
We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. StakeKit is intended for adult users over the age of 16, and it is not designed to attract child users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from any person we actually know is a child under the age of 16/18. If we learn that any of our users are under the age of 16, we delete their account and their associated personal data.

California Residents

California's "Shine the Light" law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits users of our App that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
